Lightweight flannel shirt in a plaid print.  Lace up front.  Roll tab sleeve shown in photo with either option.
Measurements are done with the item laying flat. Measurements for waist, hip, chest, or bottom of hem are doubled for ease when comparing to actual body measurements. I recommend comparing garment measurements to items that currently fit you well to help estimate fit as sizes can vary quite a bit, especially on older, pre-owned or vintage items.
