Old Navy Girls Shirt Dress Flannet Red Plaid Size 3T - Pre Owned

Old Navy toddler girl's flannel dress or tunic, size 3T.  The dress is 9 inches from shoulder to shoulder, 11 inches from armpit to armpit (the chest), the sleeves are 6 inches and from the shoulder to the bottom hem is 17 inches.  The sleeves are short with a button down. The dress buttons all the way down and would be cute with leggings or tights.  Made in India, 55% cotton and 45% rayon, machine wash, dry and iron if needed.  Please read the measurements and look at all of the pictures as I am reluctant to accept returns at this time.
